I went into Victoria Secret this past weekend to make a purchace and also a return on a bra I had purchased just a couple days prior that did not fit correctly. The cashier imediately seemed put off that I was doing a return, than I was using a cupon with my new purchase that gave me $20 off of $40. Apparently there was a sale on the 2 bras I was getting so my purchase did not ammount to $40, which she informed me after I had already handed over the cupon to her, she told me to go get something else. I quickly picked out some lipstick and when I went back to the counter to continue my purchase she had lost my cupon. Instead of honoring the cupon she gave me an attitude and refused to do so, causing me to lose out on $20. I've never experienced such bad customer service as I did that day, and if I could I'd give 0 stars to this store.
I'm a regular shopper and Im always wowed there the girls are so nice all the time but I have to say Stephanie went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my shopping experience. Thanks Girlll they neeed more like her in every Victoria's Secret
