It's a standard Best Buy- usually fairly clean and organized, have never had a problem with staff not being available at this location- sometimes long wait to check out.
The reps I dealt with were both knowledgeable and friendly. It was refreshing to hear them willing to ask another rep for help when they didn't have answers. this changed my opinion of them from my past experiences.
I stopped in on Saturday December 23, to pick up a couple of last minute gifts. I interacted with five different employees, and ALL of them were extremely helpful and pleasant. I was expecting a bit of a hassle considering that it was right before Christmas, but I was blown away by the customer service. They answered all of my questions and found me exactly what I was looking for. I was in and out in under ten minutes. Saved me a lot of stress.
Love this store. There's always nice people who help lots! Also better to go to get a new cellphone provider.
Great store. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. Managers will always do the very best they can to make a situation right.
