I was looking for an inexpensive 4 piece sectional sofa for the rec room that didn’t look inexpensive and Bob’s fit the bill. It can comfortably seat 5-6 people. Their protection plan is unbeatable. Delivery guys were professional, careful and in-and-out in no time.
I look forward to going back to Bob's in the future and once again working with Mike. The best buying experience I have ever experienced!!
One of the reasons that I felt like this was a great experience is because he took the time at the end of the sale to give both my husband and I a compliment on how well behaved our 2 kids were. Trust me when I say I will tell everyone about this store and the wonderful team of employees that they have. If Jim is any type of indication on what kind of sales people he has then Bobs in Racine is in great hands for a long time.
Had an awesome experience with Mike and Jim!!! We basically got everything we needed for our new house for an awesome price with great service. We had been to steins right before and ended up returning it all and starting over at bobs! If you need any help Mike and Jim were both awesome they didn't crowd my fiancé and I, let us make the decisions without pressure!!! Highly recommend this place
If you like buying from a company that can afford minimal markup because they are able to buy large quantities of great furniture, then go to Bob's. If you like to be acknowledged as a valuable customer and offered assistance and information without having a sales associate hover over you and breathe down your neck, then go to Bob's. If you want a fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, pleasant sales professional, then go to Bob's and ask for Michael I. By far the best sales person I have ever encountered anywhere. If you love saving money on quality then you'll understand that your part of the equation means paying a minimal delivery charge. I'd rather do that then pay artificially/ and arbitrarily inflated prices so they can bury the delivery charge and tell you it's "free".
My husband I had the pleasure of shopping at Bob's store in Racine this weekend and I just wanted to share with everyone that our experience with Jim, the sales manager was honestly one of the greatest shopping experiences of our life.
He was very polite and answered all of our questions. We spent a lot of money and never once did it feel like we were in a commission or pushy environment. He took his time and explained everything efficiently.
Chuck and Maria were awesome. They gave my wife and I an awesome discount and leather recliners! The price was too good to pass up. Their service was top notch! Best customer service I have experienced in a LONG time. Love that place and their workers.
