The customer service was great, super friendly. I bought a ring from there and had it for a couple weeks until the stone fell out. I brought it in and they said it would be four weeks until I could pick it up again and they would call when it was ready. I waited six weeks and decided to call them and they said it was in. After two weeks the stone fell out AGAIN. I am very upset and would not recommend Rogers and Hollands.

My boyfriend got me a beautiful engagement ring, I loved it but I needed it to be sized, not a problem, I looked at it and also noticed it had a diamond missing. Not a big deal I have the lifetime insurance on my ring, but I've only worn it for a few days because it was uncomfortable so a little odd the diamond would already be out. I get it sized and the diamond replaced and a week later I can wear my beautiful ring. Only two days later another diamond came out! Keep in mind I'm not a incredibly active person, I've just been playing with my two year old not sorting through gravel or roofing. It's ridiculous I've only been able to wear my ring for days and already having to deal with bullshit. Ive had my promise ring from piecing padago for YEARS and I've never had a problem with it and it's way cheaper but better quality? What the f***. I'm very disappointed that I will be returning my ring and going to get a replacement elsewhere.

I wish we had gone somewhere else. Customer Service from the sales rep is usually great, but we've had so many problems with our jewelry there that a simple "I apologize for the inconvenience" doesn't cut it anymore. They designed a custom wedding band for us, but the jeweler could not understand the sketch and it had to be done and redone three times. The third time was a charm... except that by then, the wedding had already happened, and the main stone was missing (it came loose at the jeweler's work table). As a consolation prize, the sales rep gave me jewelry cleanser... for a jewel I wasn't wearing. Also, at the time of the original transaction, they misspelled my husband's last name... It's been three years, and they still have trouble finding his transaction ID because they can't even put a note in the system informing the reps of this mistake. I won't even go into the problems we've had with the warranty, but suffice it to say that they lost the paperwork for it and I might have to pay another $79.99 for a new one because, even though they won't tell me to my face, they think I'm making it up and that just because I didn't get to wear my ring for the first six months of my marriage I have no right to demand anything from them.

Purchased my wife's engagement ring my wedding band and her wedding band at the Racine location.... the experience was pleasant until it was time to Sauder my wife's rings together. We needed it back prior to Christmas for pictures and was guaranteed to get it back on Dec. 22nd. It came back and the rings were Saudered together backwards. As much as an inconvenience as this was the manager said she would try and have it back by the 24th, in which we moved the pictures appointment to new years eve... long story in short it's Dec 30th and we are just now told her ring will not be back until Jan 5th. Called and talked to corporate ok Dec 26th and the DM never reached back out to us. Called again today and the DM again is not available. I do not recommend this jeweler as I've spent over $6,000 here and my wife is without her ring for 3+ weeks including both holidays.
