My sisters and I were present during the entire trial that lasted a full 3 days. The jury deliberated on the 4th day. The jury deliberated about 3 hours and came back with a NOT GUILTY verdict.
Our dad was charged with 2 felony crimes that he did not commit. There was no evidence and no witness. He was charged solely based on one person’s word. He could have been sentenced up to 40 years in prison. He retained Attorney Patrick Cafferty.
