I called the company and within four minutes zack told me he was on his way. I was in a uncomfortable setting so I'm so thankful for his quick services. Zack returned call quickly and even though he was an hour away he is willing to cover a large area. He called and told me when he got stuck in traffic on a two lane highway on a Friday afternoon. Zack knows what he is doing. He asked for a photo of my lock so he had the right equipment with him. However I forgot to specify brass hardware and he brought nickel so my doorknob and lock don't match. My fault. He brought me a better quality deadbolt than I had previously and he kept true to the price he quoted on the phone. Would definitely recommend Zack and would use him again if needed.
