I just went and Rented Captain Underpants and the gentlemen at the front ran out to give me two capes for my boys that come with the movie. I thought that was very kind of him. They're always friendly, kind and happy just what people like.
Didn't rent for a month and they called me to forgive my late fee and gave me another 2weeks of half price rentals.
