I read that RPD is training officers for dealing with the mentally ill. Perhaps RPD should stop placing the mentally ill in a transport wagon or dog cage on wheels when a citizen calls for an ambulance. BTW most of us have insurance!
First time I have enjoyed being arrested.
They have done nothing to protect my daughters relationship with her father. They only protect lying baby mama's making up false stories to gain full custody.
