On par with your average Applebee's, wait staff is pleasant, drinks don't run dry, food comes quickly and price isn't too steep.
Went to have a last dinner with my grandmother before she left back to Cali, and we had a wonderful time. Our waitress and her assistant were excellent. I highly recommend Margaret S. and Ahmed.
We get horrible service every time we come here. Sometimes, we wait 10 minutes to be greeted by a hostess on a slow night. It always takes 10 minutes or more to be greeted by wait staff. It took 40 minutes for our mozzarella sticks to come out and they weren't that busy. At the Kenosha location, we would have normally gotten our food and finished it in that time frame. Our drinks are never refilled even if they are empty when our food gets dropped off. We are normally very patient, understanding people as we have customer service/food service backgrounds.
My wife and i used to love eating at this applebees until today. Despite our food being hard or cold numerous times, we still went. Today we ordered the fiesta lime chicken and there was a fly in my food. When i went to complain to the manager AGAIN she had an attitude as if i were lying about the situation. And i still got charged for the food that i didn't even get to eat. Highly disappointed in the staffing. Would not recommend.
Worst experience.... website said no wait time... got here and waitress said a 15 to 20 min wait. 20 min later asked how much longer was told to stall and prob another 20 minutes. As we are waiting a party of 3 there are plenty of open tables everywhere. We finally grab a seat at the bar where there is another wait and the staff over whelmed and flustered so not friendly at all and was told it would be a wait before we could order food.
