The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have very fair prices that can't be beat anywhere else. Ed and his team took care of my wife's tires in record time. The warranties offered are well worth it. Would recommend this place to anyone.
I have never had problems with firestone. Today I had appointment for 9am to see whats wrong with my car and at 140 or so they still haven't even looked at my car. Why set appointments if you don't even look at when the time as come.
I was having difficulties getting tire quotes for 2 rear tires. I tried Farm & Fleet (who wouldn't even answer the phone or call back) and Walmart. They both didn't seem interested in selling me tires and I was getting very frustrated. A family member suggested FIRESTONE and I went online. I was super impressed with the ease of getting an "out the door" quote and was able to set up an appointment for the following day. My vehicle was done fast, the staff was friendly and informative. I can't say enough about how great the customer service was. They turned what was a very frustrating process into a great experience. They didn't pressure me to have extra services done, they stuck by their original quote and they provided excellent customer service. I will never go to Farm & Fleet or Walmart for tire services again. Their pricing was also comparable to what I seeing from their competitors.
These folks are honest, which can be hard to find in a mechanic. They give good information and answer questions about any estimate. National chains can be a bit more expensive, but the way that they cover any Firestone work is great. This shop helped fix a different shops issues with no complaints. If you need to be sure that no,matter where you are the work will be covered, then this is the place. Also this location has very friendly and customer service oriented people. When your car breaks, having someone understanding and nice at the repair shop is a huge relief.
I recently had some work done on my car (oil change and new back tires). After the work was done, my skid plate came off while driving down the interstate. I called and let them know right away and had my car towed there to get it fixed. I was pretty pissed so while I was on the phone I had an attitude which in turn caused the gentleman I spoke with to have one. When I arrived to the shop I spoke with Ed, the manager. He first asked to make sure I was ok, which was nice as no one had asked yet. He was great to speak with, gave assurance they'd fix it and apologized that it happened, as it shouldn't have. They didn't have the part so they called to get it ordered and we set up an appointment. Today I took my car back, and when I picked it up I spoke with Dylan, he said he was the gentleman I had spoken to the first time and apologized for our conversation, as did I. Thank you guys for taking the time to make this right and fixing my vehicle. I will still be using you guys in the future. Thanks again for making it right!
