I love renting with avis, but didn't have a great experience at this location. Staff didn't explain costs very well and weren't very accommodating.
There always so helpful in accommodating my needs when I rent from them Cedric is awesome.
Professional, cordial, cost effective, efficient. Fast in and out. Our car class was not available, received a free upgrade. Would recommend. Car could have been cleaner. Windshield had streaking. We found a bottle cap on the floor of the back seat. Oil had been recently changed, but the mechanic had not re-set the warning system so that we received an oil change warning. We needed to re-set. Overall good experience.
Very nice, being a premier member I rented my car at the last minute got a very good rate, nice car very clean. In the past when I rented ahead of time I was able to ask for a specific model car and Avis always came thru for me. The only rub I have is at this location I wish that they would be open latter on Sat. say 3:00 PM. I know if they advertise localy they could bring in customers because all the other rentals are closed by 12:00 12:30PM on sat.
I needed a vehicle to go out of state for a wedding.When I arrived at Avis, the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything during pick up and drop off was handled without a hitch. I will rent from Avis again.
