I got what I asked for and more. I paid for a compact car rental and received a Dodge Caravan because no compact cars were available. The vehicle was in great condition and a pleasure to drive. I would definitely rent another vehicle from Mayfair.
RIP OFF!! We were told "incorrect" price when we picked up the car (we found this out after dropping off car). Paid for extra insurance, road side assistance. JOKE!! We ended up getting a flat. We waited 3 hours and they still never came. Called the guy and he was still half hour away. We said never mind. We changed the spare tire and drove to farm n fleet. Paid for tire ourselves cuz we were told we would be reimbursed. Drop off car and they told us everything was taken off for our "inconvenience" so we should only be charged for $61.66. We guess what?? I was charged $205!! They kept showing me their invoice and all it showed was a bunch of positives and negatives where they dropped the charges. All they did was decorate the invoice to look like we weren't charged anything but NOTHING was taken off of my credit card. So I got to be stranded for 3 hours, change my own tire, and got to pay in full for it. What a great memory. My recommendation....drive your own car and sacrifice the miles.
Awesome rates, easy to rent, vehicle was ready to go right when I got there. I was in and out in just a few minutes. The customer service was excellent! Highly recommend!
